Cupcakes à la carte was started in 2011 by Kerris in whose passion for cupcakes began in New York when she saw the most scrummy cupcakes in Manhattan delicatessens. They were so eye-catching and impossible to resist and, when she tasted them, simply melted in her mouth. She promised herself that she would learn how to make cupcakes that good.
Her cupcakes sold quickly and Kerris was getting requests for more, and "Where can I buy them please?" That's how it all began. And it hasn't stopped! Kerris now bakes wedding cakes and celebration cakes too.
